I think HK does not mandate you put water as an ingredient in drinks, as its makeup is listed as high fructose corn syrup, flavor and acidity regulator. The Osaka-based company that makes this is not really forthcoming, though if I read Japanese, I might know more. It's another can dressed up like Ultraman or another Japanese robot fighter, and the taste is pretty smooth, like a 7-Up with apple and a little bit of lime in the back. Not really carbonated much, but boy, does that corn syrup stick to your teeth. Very refreshing, mixes the light/heavy mouthfeel just right. It's the perfect mix between a soda and a cider.
